Reimbursement Procedure Reimbursement shall be made upon successful completion of a course with a grade of C (2.00) or better. The employee shall submit an official transcript or certificate demonstrating successful completion of the course and a receipt from the institution confirming the employee has paid for tuition, fees, and required textbooks. Any financial assistance available to an employee shall be deducted from the amount of tuition reimbursement that would otherwise be payable. The employee shall not be reimbursed for incidental expenses such as paper or supplies, mileage, parking, meals, or other expenses other than tuition, fees, and required textbooks.
Reimbursement Process Upon successful completion of coursework with either a grade “C” or better or “Credit” for credit/non credit coursework, the member may submit for reimbursement up to the amounts listed under section A.3. The process is as follows:
REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES AND COSTS The Parties reached an accord on the compensation due to Ecological and its counsel under the private attorney general doctrine and principles of contract law. Under these legal principles, Xxxxxxxx shall reimburse Ecological's counsel for fees and costs, incurred as a result of investigating and bringing this matter to Xxxxxxxx'x attention. Xxxxxxxx shall pay Ecological's counsel $10,000 for all attorneys' fees, expert and investigation fees, and related costs associated with this matter and the Notice.
Expense Reimbursement The Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all appropriate business expenses incurred by him in connection with his duties under this Agreement in accordance with the policies of the Company as in effect from time to time.
Disbursement 7.1.1 Subject to the availability of sufficient moneys in and from the Funding Source based on Agency’s reasonable projections of moneys accruing to the Funding Source, Agency will disburse Grant Funds to Grantee for the allowable Project activities described in Exhibit A that are undertaken during the Performance Period.
Requesting Reimbursement Requests for reimbursements must be submitted via the ASAP system. Requests for reimbursement should coincide with normal billing patterns. Each request must be limited to the amount of disbursements made for the Federal share of direct project costs and the proportionate share of allowable indirect costs incurred during that billing period.
Meal Reimbursement When an employee is specifically directed by the City to work two (2) hours or longer at the end of his/her normal work shift of at least eight (8) hours or work two (2) hours or longer at the end of his/her work shift of at least eight (8) hours when he/she is called in to work on his/her regular day off, or otherwise works under circumstances for which meal reimbursement is authorized per Ordinance 111768 and the employee actually purchases a reasonably priced meal away from his place of residence as a result of such additional hours of work, the employee shall be reimbursed for the "reasonable cost" of such meal in accordance with Seattle Municipal Code (SMC) 4.20.
