Signing of. Unless contracts are signed concurrently, they must be signed by the Producer first. If the contract is not signed concurrently, the Producer may notify the Actor or the Actor's designated representative, by personal delivery or Certified Mail, that, unless the contract is signed and returned to the Producer within a specified time period which shall be not less than 48 hours after receipt of the notice by the Actor, or the Actor's designated representative, the contract is null and void.

The Theatre may, at the time it sends the contract to the Actor, notify the Actor in writing that unless the contract is signed and returned to the Theatre no later than three business days after the Actor receives it, the contract is null and void.

Signing of. No ARTIST may take part in any rehearsals or any performances, or be coached or participate in any instruction, without first signing the appropriate AGMA Approved Standard Artist's Contract of Employment. The EMPLOYER agrees that it will not use an ARTIST’s name or likeness until an offer has been accepted.
Signing of. This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect for a period from January until December and shall continue automatically thereafter during annual periods of one year each, unless or until either party notifies the other within the three (3) months next preceding the expiration date of the Agreement in writing that it desires to amend or terminate this Agreement. In this Article, the terms used shall have the meanings as described: means the Nursing Homes and Related Industries Pension Plan, being a multi-employer plan.

  • Format and Signing of Tender 19.1 The Tenderer shall prepare one original of the documents comprising the Tender as described in ITT 11 and clearly mark it “ORIGINAL.” Alternative Tenders, if permitted in accordance with ITT 12, shall be clearly marked “ALTERNATIVE.” In addition, the Tenderer shall submit copies of the Tender, in the number specified in the TDS and clearly mark them “COPY.” In the event of any discrepancy between the original and the copies, the original shall prevail. 19.2 Tenderers shall mark as “CONFIDENTIAL” information in their Tenders which is confidential to their business. This may include proprietary information, trade secrets, or commercial or financially sensitive information. 19.3 The original and all copies of the Tender shall be typed or written in indelible ink and shall be signed by a person duly authorized to sign on behalf of the Tenderer. This authorization shall consist of a written confirmation as specified in the TDS and shall be attached to the Tender. The name and position held by each person signing the authorization must be typed or printed below the signature. All pages of the Tender where entries or amendments have been made shall be signed or initialed by the person signing the Tender. 19.4 In case the Tenderer is a JV, the Tender shall be signed by an authorized representative of the JV on behalf of the JV, and so as to be legally binding on all the members as evidenced by a power of attorney signed by each members' legally authorized representatives. 19.5 Any inter-lineation, erasures, or overwriting shall be valid only if they are signed or initialed by the person signing the Tender.

  • Sealing and Marking of Bids The bidder shall seal the original and each copy of the bid in separate envelopes duly marking the envelopes “ORIGINAL” and “COPY”. The envelopes shall then be sealed in an outer separate envelope.

  • Public Record That this Agreement shall become public upon the Effective Date.
