Common use of Succession; Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

Succession; Subcontractors. As a condition to the succession to the Master Servicer, Special Servicer or any Servicing Participant as servicer or Sub-Servicer under this Agreement or any Sub-Servicing Agreement by any Person (i) into which the Master Servicer and Special Servicer or such Servicing Participant may be merged or consolidated, or (ii) which may be appointed as a successor to the Master Servicer, Special Servicer or any Servicing Participant, the Master Servicer or Special Servicer, as applicable, shall provide to the Depositor, at least 15 calendar days prior to the effective date of such succession or appointment, (x) written notice to the Depositor of such succession or appointment and (y) in writing and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Depositor, all information necessary to comply with the reporting requirements of Section 8.17(j) hereof.
