Successions and Assignments. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the Trust and Collateral Agent. This Agreement is binding upon the Authority and its successors and assigns. The Authority is not entitled to assign its obligations hereunder to any other Person without the written consent of the Collateral Agent (acting pursuant to the provisions of the Collateral Agency and Intercreditor Agreement), and any purported assignment in violation of this provision shall be void.
