Common use of Successive Actions Clause in Contracts

Successive Actions. A separate right of action hereunder shall arise each time the Indemnified Parties acquires knowledge of any matter indemnified by the Indemnitors under this Agreement. Separate and successive actions may be brought hereunder to enforce any of the provisions hereof at any time and from time to time.
