Waiver by Indemnitor. Indemnitor covenants and agrees that, upon the commencement of a voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy proceeding by or against Borrower, Indemnitor shall not seek or cause Borrower or any other person or entity to seek a supplemental stay or other relief, whether injunctive or otherwise, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §105 or any other provision of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, as amended, or any other debtor relief law, (whether statutory, common law, case law or otherwise) of any jurisdiction whatsoever, now or hereafter in effect, which may be or become applicable, to stay, interdict, condition, reduce or inhibit the ability of Lender to enforce any rights of Lender against Indemnitor or the collateral for the Loan by virtue of this Agreement or otherwise.
Waiver by Indemnitor. Indemnitor covenants and agrees that upon the commencement of a voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy proceeding by or against Borrower, Indemnitor shall not seek a supplemental stay or otherwise seek, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §105 or any other provision of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, as amended, or any other debtor relief law (whether statutory, common law, case law, or otherwise) of any jurisdiction whatsoever, now or hereafter in effect, which may be or become applicable, to stay, interdict, condition, reduce or inhibit the ability of Lender to enforce any rights of Lender against Indemnitor by virtue of this Agreement or otherwise.
Waiver by Indemnitor. Indemnitors, jointly and severally, waive any right or claim of right to cause a marshalling of any assets or to cause Administrative Agent to proceed against any of the security for the Loan before proceeding under this Agreement against Indemnitors. Indemnitors, jointly and severally, agree that any payments required to be made hereunder shall become due on demand. Indemnitors, jointly and severally, expressly waive and relinquish all rights and remedies (including any rights of subrogation) afforded by applicable law to Indemnitors.

(1) Indemnitor covenants and agrees that, upon the commencement of a voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy proceeding by or against Borrower (or any other indemnitor relative to the Loan or the Costs), Indemnitor shall not seek or cause Borrower or any other person or entity to seek a supplemental stay or other relief, whether injunctive or otherwise, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 9105 or any other provision of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, as amended, or any other debtor relief law, (whether statutory, common law, case law or otherwise) of any jurisdiction whatsoever, now or hereafter in effect, which may be or become applicable, to stay, interdict, condition, reduce or inhibit the ability of Lender to enforce any rights of Lender against Indemnitor or the collateral for the Loan by virtue of this Agreement or otherwise.
Waiver by Indemnitor. Borrower and Indemnitor covenant and agree that upon the commencement of a voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy proceeding by or against Borrower, neither Borrower nor Indemnitor shall seek a supplemental stay or otherwise seek, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. ss.105 or any other provision of Title 11 United States Code, as amended, or any other debtor relief law (whether statutory, common law, case law, or otherwise) of any jurisdiction whatsoever, now or hereafter in effect, which may be or become applicable, to stay, interdict, condition, reduce or inhibit the ability of Lender to enforce any rights of Lender against Indemnitor by virtue of this Agreement or otherwise.
Waiver by Indemnitor. (S)105 or any other provision of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, as amended, or any other debtor relief law, (whether statutory, common law, case law or otherwise) of any jurisdiction whatsoever, now or hereafter in effect, which may be or become applicable, to stay, interdict, condition, reduce or inhibit the ability of HR to enforce any rights of HR against Indemnitor or the collateral for the HR Loan by virtue of this Agreement or otherwise.

Borrower covenant and agree that upon the commencement of a voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy proceeding by or against Borrower, Borrower shall not seek a supplemental stay or otherwise seek, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 105 or any other provision of Title 11 United States Code, as amended, or any other debtor relief law (whether statutory, common law, case law, or otherwise) of any jurisdiction whatsoever, now or hereafter in effect, which may be or become applicable, to stay, interdict, condition, reduce or inhibit the ability of Lender to enforce any rights of Lender by virtue of this Agreement or otherwise.

Waiver by Indemnitor. Each Indemnitor hereby covenants and agrees that, upon the commencement of a voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy proceeding by or against Borrower or any Guarantor or any other Indemnitor, such Indemnitor shall not seek or cause Borrower, any Guarantor, any Indmenitor or any other person or entity to seek a supplemental stay or other relief, whether injunctive or otherwise, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. (S)105 or any other provision of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, as amended, or any other debtor relief law, (whether statutory, common law, case law or otherwise) of any jurisdiction whatsoever, now or hereafter in effect, which may be or become applicable, to stay, interdict, condition, reduce or inhibit the ability of the Agent or the Lenders to enforce any rights of the Agent or the Lenders against such Indemnitor or the collateral for the Loans by virtue of this Agreement or otherwise.

Indemnitor covenants and agrees that, upon the commencement of a voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy proceeding by or against the Company, Indemnitor shall not seek or cause the Company or any other person or entity to seek a supplemental stay or other relief, whether injunctive or otherwise, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §105 or any other provision of the Bankruptcy Code, as amended, or any other debtor relief law (whether statutory, common law, case law or otherwise) of any jurisdiction whatsoever, now or hereafter in effect, which may be or become applicable, to stay, interdict, condition, reduce or inhibit the ability CLARK COUNTY LAS VEGAS STADIUM, LLC Indemnity and Guaranty Agreement of the Purchaser to enforce any rights of the Purchaser against Indemnitor or the collateral for the Note by virtue of this Agreement or otherwise.
