Common use of Successive Actions Clause in Contracts

Successive Actions. A separate right of action shall arise each time Lender acquires knowledge of any Indemnified Matter and may be brought to enforce any provision hereof at any time and from time to time. No action hereunder shall preclude any subsequent action, and Guarantor waives and agrees not to assert any defense to or split causes of action or merge judgments.
