Successive Suits. Suit or suits for the recovery of damages hereunder, or for any installments of rent, may be brought by Landlord from time to time at its election, and nothing herein contained shall be deemed to require Landlord to postpone suit until the date when the Term would have expired if it had not been terminated under the provisions of this Lease, or under any provision of law, or had Landlord not reentered into or upon the Leased Premises.
