Common use of Successor and Assignees Clause in Contracts

Successor and Assignees. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the successors and permitted assignees of each of the parties, including subsequent Holders of Registrable Securities to the extent permitted herein. Except as expressly permitted herein, no party shall be entitled to assign its rights or benefits hereunder to any other person without the consent of each of the other parties hereto.
