Successor/Assigns. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and shall be binding upon, the respective successors, legal representatives, and assigns of the parties, provided, however, that this Section 10.1 is not intended to supersede any restrictions on transfer of any interest expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement.
