Successor Board of Trustees. Upon such resignation or removal, Cemetery Authority shall appoint a successor Board of Trustees, subject to compliance with Title 27, Chapter 17A of the Code of Alabama 1975. Should Cemetery Authority fail to appoint a successor Board of Trustees within ten (10) days prior to the expiration of the thirty (30) day notice period, Board of Trustees may secure the appointment of a successor Board of Trustees for Cemetery Authority’s Endowment Care Trust Fund in any manner permitted by law.
