Common use of Successor Provision Clause in Contracts

Successor Provision. In the event that the American Red Cross Pacific Northwest Regional Blood Services Region shall merge, consolidate, sell its assets, be leased, or franchised or by any other means enter into an agreement with another association which in whole or in part affects the existing collective bargaining unit, such successor shall be bound in each and every provision of this Agreement. The Employer shall notify successor organization of the provisions and the existence of this contract and obligations therein.
