Successor Servicer Liability. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Successor Servicer shall have no liability or obligation with respect to any Servicer indemnification obligations of any prior Servicer. Upon assuming its role as Successor Servicer, the Successor Servicer shall be responsible only for the indemnification obligations set forth in 7.02(a).
