Common use of Successor to the Executive Clause in Contracts

Successor to the Executive. Since the Bank is contracting for the unique and personal skills of the Executive, neither this Agreement nor any right or interest hereunder will be assignable or transferable by the Executive, his beneficiaries or legal representatives, except by will or by the laws of descent and distribution. This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Executive’s legal personal representative.
