Successors and Assignments. The Owner and the Architect each bind themselves, and their partners, successors, executors, administrators, heirs, and assigns, to the other party to the Agreement, and to the partners, successors, executors, administrators, heirs, and assigns of such other party in respect of all covenants of the Agreement.
