Successors and Assigns Included in Parties. Subject to the provisions of Section 1.11, each reference herein to Mortgagor or Mortgagee shall mean and include, the heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns of such Person. All covenants and agreements contained in this Mortgage by or on behalf of Mortgagor shall bind and inure to the benefit of Mortgagor’s heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns, and all covenants and agreements by or on behalf of Mortgagee shall bind and inure to the benefit of Mortgagee’s successors and assigns.
