Common use of Successors and Assigns; Joinder Clause in Contracts

Successors and Assigns; Joinder. All covenants and other agreements contained in this Guaranty Agreement by or on behalf of any of the parties hereto bind and inure to the benefit of their respective successors and assigns whether so expressed or not. It is agreed and understood that any Person may become a Guarantor hereunder by executing a Guarantor Supplement substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto and delivering the same to the Holders. Any such Person shall thereafter be a “Guarantor” for all purposes under this Guaranty Agreement.

Successors and Assigns; Joinder. All covenants and other agreements contained in this Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement by or on behalf of any of the parties hereto bind and inure to the benefit of their respective successors and assigns whether so expressed or not. It is agreed and understood that any Person may become a Subsidiary Guarantor hereunder by executing a Guarantor Supplement substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto and delivering the same to the Holders. Any such Person shall thereafter be a “Subsidiary Guarantor” for all purposes under this Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement.

Any such Person shall thereafter be a “Subsidiary Guarantor” for all purposes under this Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement.
