Successors and Assigns; No Assignment by the Borrower. The provisions of this Loan Agreement will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns, provided that the Borrower may not assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under this Loan Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents without the prior written consent of the Lender.
