Successors and Assigns of Parties. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the executors, personal representatives, heirs, devisees, legatees, successors and assigns of the Parties hereto provided that, except as permitted by Section 17 hereof, any assignment of this Agreement shall be subject to the prior written approval of the other Party which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
