Successors and Assigns of Parties. The term "Lenders" as used herein shall mean and include any legal owner, holder, assignee or pledgee of any of the Indebtedness secured hereby. The terms used to designate Trustee, Mortgagee and Mortgagor shall be deemed to include the respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns of such parties.
