Successors and Assigns; Terminology. (a) The provisions hereof shall be binding upon Borrower and the heirs, personal representatives, trustees, successors and assigns of Borrower, and shall inure to the benefit of Lender, its successors and assigns. Where more than one Borrower is named herein, the obligations and liabilities of said Borrower shall be joint and several.
