Reconveyance by Trustee. Upon written request of Beneficiary stating that all sums secured hereby have been paid, and upon surrender of this Deed of Trust to Trustee for cancellation and retention and upon payment by Trustor of Trustee’s fees, Trustee shall reconvey to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without warranty, any portion of the Trust Estate then held hereunder. The recitals in such reconveyance of any matters or facts shall be conclusive proof of the truthfulness thereof. The grantee in any reconveyance may be described as “the person or persons legally entitled thereto.”
Reconveyance by Trustee. Upon written request of Beneficiary stating that all Secured Obligations have been paid or forgiven, and all obligations under the Loan Documents have been performed in full, and upon surrender of this Deed of Trust to Trustee for cancellation and retention, and upon payment by Trustor of Trustee's reasonable fees, Trustee shall reconvey the Security to Trustor, or to the person or persons legally entitled thereto.
Reconveyance by Trustee. Upon written request of Beneficiary stating that all sums secured hereby have been irrevocably paid in full, Trustee shall reconvey to Grantor, or to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without warranty, any portion of the Trust Property then held hereunder. The recitals in such reconveyance of any matters or facts shall be conclusive proof of the truthfulness thereof.
Reconveyance by Trustee. Upon written request of Beneficiary stating that all sums secured hereby have been paid or that all obligations under the Declaration have been satisfied, and upon surrender of this Deed of Trust and the Note to Trustee for cancellation and retention and upon payment by Trustor of Trustee's fees, Trustee shall reconvey to Trustor, or to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without warranty, any portion of the Trust Estate then held hereunder. The recitals in such reconveyance of any matters or facts shall be conclusive proof of the truthfulness thereof. The grantee in any reconveyance may be described as "the person or persons legally entitled thereto." Such grantee shall pay Trustee a reasonable fee and Trustee's costs incurred in so reconveying the Trust Estate.
Reconveyance by Trustee. Upon satisfaction of all of Trustor's obligations under the Loan Instruments, and upon written request of Beneficiary stating that all sums secured hereby have been paid, and upon surrender of this Deed of Trust and the Note to Trustee for cancellation and upon payment by Trustor of Trustee's fees, Trustee shall reconvey to Trustor, or the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without warranty, any portion of the Trust Estate then held hereunder. The recitals in such reconveyance of any matters or facts shall be conclusive proof of the truthfulness thereof. The grantee in any reconveyance may be described as "the person or persons legally entitled thereto."
Reconveyance by Trustee. Upon written request of Xxxxxxxxxxx stating that all sums secured hereby have been paid, and upon surrender of this Deed of Trust to Trustee for cancellation and retention, and upon payment by Trustor of Trustee’s reasonable fees, Trustee shall reconvey, without warranty, the Security to Trustor, or to the person or persons legally entitled thereto.
Reconveyance by Trustee. At any time upon the request of Beneficiary, payment of Trustee’s fees, if any, and presentation of this Deed of Trust, without affecting liability of any persons for the payment of the Obligations, Trustee may reconvey, without warranty, all or any part of the Property. The grantee in any reconveyance may be described as the “person or persons legally entitled thereto,” and the recitals therein of any facts shall be conclusive proof of the truthfulness thereof.
Reconveyance by Trustee. Upon satisfaction of all the Secured Obligations, Beneficiary shall request Trustee to reconvey the Trust Estate and shall surrender this Deed of Trust and any other document evidencing the Secured Obligations to Trustee. Trustee shall reconvey the Trust Estate without warranty to the person or persons legally entitled thereto. Such person or persons shall pay Trustee’s reasonable costs incurred in so reconveying the Trust Estate. The grantee in any reconveyance may be described as “the person or persons legally entitled thereto”.
Reconveyance by Trustee. Trustee may from time to time and only upon the written request of Beneficiary, reconvey, without warranty, any part of said property and/or join in any agreement subordinating the lien or charge hereof.
Reconveyance by Trustee. Upon payment and performance in full of all of the Secured Obligations, Beneficiary will execute and deliver to Trustor such documents as may be required to release this Deed of Trust of record, including the original Note marked "cancelled and paid in full" and a "Request for Release of Deed of Trust."
