Successors and Assigns; Terminology. This Agreement applies to Lender, Liable Parties and Borrower, and their heirs, legatees, devisees, administrators, executors, successors and assigns. All covenants, promises and agreements in this Agreement, by or on behalf of Borrower, shall inure to the benefit of the legal representatives, successors and assigns of Lender. The term “Borrower” shall include both the original Borrower and any subsequent owner or owners of any of the Property. The term “Liable Party” shall include both the original Liable Party, if any, and any subsequent or substituted Liable Party. In this Agreement, whenever the context so requires, the masculine gender includes the feminine and/or neuter, and the singular number includes the plural.
