Successors and Assigns; Transferability. This Note shall be binding upon Maker and its successors and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of the Holder and its successors and permitted assigns (which shall include permitted transferees). This Note or any interest therein may not be assigned except in accordance with the terms hereof.
