Successors and Assigns; Transfers and Participations. (a) This Loan Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Borrower, the Lenders, Administrative Agent, all future holders of the Notes and their respective successors and assigns. (b) Any transfer by a Lender of its Notes or any sale by a Lender of any participating interest in the Loans evidenced by its Notes shall comply with Sections 6.3 and 6.4
