Successors and Permitted Assigns. This Agreement shall enure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors, personal representatives and permitted assigns. Neither the Vendor, the Company nor the Purchaser shall assign, transfer or encumber this Agreement or any interest herein without the prior written consent of the other parties hereto.
