Common use of Successors and Third-Party Beneficiaries Clause in Contracts

Successors and Third-Party Beneficiaries. A person who is not a party to this Agreement shall have no right to enforce its terms, except for Metrichor Ltd. and each member of the Oxford Group, who are express third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.
