SUCCESSORS/ASSIGNMENT/DELEGATION. Except as otherwise provided hereto, neither this Agreement nor any rights, duties, obligations or responsibilities hereunder may be assigned, delegated or transferred, in whole or in part, by Contractor, without the prior written consent of OOD. Any assignment or delegation not consented to may be deemed void by OOD.
