Common use of Successors; Counterparts Clause in Contracts

Successors; Counterparts. This Agreement (a) shall be binding as to the executors, administrators, estates, heirs and legal successors, or nominees or representatives, of the Members and (b) may be executed in several counterparts with the same effect as if the parties executing the several counterparts had all executed one counterpart. No person other than the Members and their respective executors, administrators, estates, heirs and legal successors, or their nominees or representatives, shall obtain any rights by virtue of this Agreement.
