Successors; Counterparts. a. This Agreement shall be binding upon, inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the respective successors and assigns of each of the Issuer and the Administrator. b. This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original hereof and all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
