SUCCESSORS IN TITLE. If the LEASED PREMISES or the property of which the LEASED PREMISES form a part are sold, the LANDLORD shall be deemed to have assigned all of its rights and obligations in terms of the lease to the purchaser, and the TENANT shall continue to remain bound by this lease in all respects.
