Common use of Successors, Transferees and Assigns; Transfers of Notes, etc Clause in Contracts

Successors, Transferees and Assigns; Transfers of Notes, etc. This Guaranty shall: (a) be binding upon Guarantor and its successors, transferees and assigns; and (b) inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Secured Party. No Guarantor may transfer or assign all or any portion of its rights or obligations under this Guaranty without the prior written consent of the Secured Party.
