Sufficiency of Applications and Documents. Each application for withdrawal and the accompanying documents and all other evidence must be sufficient in form and substance to satisfy ADB that the Borrower is entitled to withdraw from the Loan Account the amount applied for and that the amount to be withdrawn from the Loan Account is to be used only for the purposes specified in this Loan Agreement.
