Sufficiency of Applications and Documents. Each application and the accompanying documents and other evidence must be sufficient in form and substance to satisfy the Trustee that the Borrower is entitled to withdraw from the Credit Account the amount applied for and that the amount to be withdrawn from the Credit Account is to be used only for the purposes specified in the Trust Fund Credit Agreement.
