Sufficiency of Consideration. The Executive understands and agrees that he is receiving compensation, payments and/or benefits under this Agreement which are in excess of those to which he is entitled from the Company Group, and that such compensation, payments and/or benefits are being provided to him in consideration for his acceptance, execution of and compliance with, and in reliance upon his representations in, this Agreement, and the Executive acknowledges that such consideration is adequate and satisfactory to him.
