Sufficiency Of Site. Prior to signing this Agreement, the Contractor has (i) visited the Site and become familiar with local conditions under which the Project is to be constructed and operated; and (ii) reviewed and familiarized itself with the Site survey and any existing structures on the Site, and gathered all other information necessary for a full understanding of the Work. In addition, if the Work involves modifications to or remodeling of an existing structure(s) or other man-made feature(s) on the Site, the Contractor has also (i) reviewed all available as-built and record drawings, plans and specifications; and (ii) thoroughly inspected the structure(s) and man-made feature(s) to be modified or remodeled prior to submission of bid, if any, but in all events prior to signing this Agreement.
