Sufficient Personnel Clause Samples
The Sufficient Personnel clause requires a party, typically a service provider or contractor, to assign and maintain an adequate number of qualified staff to fulfill its obligations under the agreement. In practice, this means the party must ensure that enough employees with the necessary skills and experience are available to complete the work on time and to the required standard. This clause helps prevent delays or subpar performance due to understaffing, ensuring that the project or services are delivered efficiently and as agreed.
