General description of the Work. Pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of this AGREEMENT, the Request for Proposals [“RFP”] – RFP # MAPC 2021 Parking Meters attached in Exhibit B; and the Vendor’s Price Proposal and Technical Proposal attached in Exhibit C, MAPC hereby authorizes Buyer to engage the Vendor to provide Parking Meters to the Buyer. 2. The Vendor will provide the goods and/or services as described in the RFP and its response thereto and Vendor will, if required by the Buyer, negotiate a SOW.
General description of the Work. Work under this contract consists of providing all labor and equipment for the installation of new and replacement of non-functional underdrain systems including the removal and replacement of existing damaged curbs, sidewalks and driveway approaches, sprinkler system repairs, roadway base and asphalt restoration and construction cleanouts.

General description of the Work. Work shall include all labor, materials and equipment for the installation of pavement markings on existing and new resurfaced roadways, in accordance with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and Orange County standards, on an as needed basis.

The categories for which Xxxxxxxx Foods was awarded this contract are: Bread, Baking; Chicken, Goldkist; Chicken, Tyson; Juice and Beverages; Pizza.
General description of the Work. Work will consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals to inspect, clean and seal existing storm sewer lines, manholes, catch basins, detect and fill voids.
General description of the Work. Work under this Contract will consist of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to repair and/or restore roadway ditches and canals (including respective shoulders) and driveway culvert replacement including site preparation, hauling, grading, stabilizing, sodding, seeding and mulching, and disposal.
General description of the Work. The Owner desires to select a Contractor to remove and replace city sidewalk, curb, gutter, and various other structures within the city. All work will be inspected by Owners Inspector, Xxxx Xxxxxx 000-000-0000 or Owners designee. A general description of the work to be performed by the Contractor to Lehi City standards is proposed as follows:
1. Removal and replacement of damaged or missing concrete within the City. Flat work, curb gutter and also structural footings and foundation walls.
2. Maintenance on areas that are deemed safety hazards.
3. Maintenance on areas that have received unforeseen damage due to utility work. Contractor must have the ability to complete the work within ten days upon receipt of a request from the City in writing. In cases of emergency, Contractor must complete the work within forty-eight (48) hours. After a request is made, Lehi City reserves the right to cancel or to postpone any requested work for any reason by giving the Contractor no less than two (2) business days’ notice and Lehi City will not be liable for any costs incurred by Contractor due to a cancelled request. The Contractor will supply all materials, labor and equipment in order to complete the construction of this project. All costs in connection with the work for furnishing equipment and appurtenances; providing all construction equipment, and tools; and performing all necessary labor to fully complete the work, shall be included in the bid unit prices. Any equipment used that isn’t approved by Lehi City in advance may be considered grounds for the immediate termination of the contract.
