Common use of Suggestions and Feedback Clause in Contracts

Suggestions and Feedback. Either party may provide suggestions, comments or other feedback to the other with respect to the other’s products or services. Feedback is voluntary and the party receiving feedback may use it for any purpose without obligation of any kind except that the party receiving feedback will not disclose the source of feedback without the consent of the party providing it.
