Common use of Suicide Prevention Awareness Clause in Contracts

Suicide Prevention Awareness. The Parties recognise that suicide prevention of Employees in the construction industry is an important issue. The Employer agrees to provide awareness training to recognise potentially suicidal behaviour and the basic skills to ensure Employees are safe.

The Employer issue and the Company agrees to provide agreed awareness training to recognise potentially suicidal behaviour and Employees, including apprentices, however engaged, through a provider nominated by the basic skills to ensure Employees are safeemployees.
