Suitable Material Sample Clauses

The "Suitable Material" clause defines the standards or requirements that materials used in a project or contract must meet to be considered acceptable. Typically, this clause outlines specific qualities such as durability, compliance with industry standards, or compatibility with other components, and may require materials to be approved by a designated party before use. By clearly specifying what constitutes suitable material, the clause helps prevent disputes over quality, ensures project integrity, and allocates responsibility for material selection.
