You represent and guarantee to Prime Publishing and its Affiliates that (a) you have the right, power and authority to enter into this Agreement, to comply fully with your obligations under this Agreement, and to grant the licenses set out in paragraphs 3 and 5 above, (b) you will fully comply with all the terms of this Agreement, (c) the Materials submitted to Prime Publishing by you, and Prime Publishing and your limited transmission rightsPublic exhibition, and another exploitation of the materials by Prime Publishing and its affiliates according to what is allowed in this document, (e) the materials are not pornographic, obscene, defamatory, painful or illegal in any other way, and ( f) All statements in fact that you present are accurate and not cheating. You agree to indemnify, defend and exempt Prime Publishing and its affiliates of all claims, responsibilities, damages and expenses (including, without limitation, fees and reasonable expenses of lawyers) that arise from its breach of any representation or guarantee established in This paragraph. 8)
