SUMF CHARGES. 5.1 In consideration of the supply of the SUMF Items by the Supplier to the Purchaser, as provided herein, the Purchaser shall pay the Supplier the SUMF Charges as specified in Article 6. In no event, shall SUMF Charges include any costs charged to Purchaser under any other agreement between the Purchaser and the Supplier or any of the Affiliates of the Supplier.
