Summary bill of quantities. The tender shall comprise the summary bill of quantities, properly examined, signed and supplemented with the unit prices by the Tenderer, the overall totals, subamounts per entry or item and the total amount, on the relevant form. The Tenderer shall not be permitted to amend the definition of the amounts stated in the summary bill of quantities (whether presumptive or fixed). The amounts specified by the Principal shall, however, be purely indicative and must be verified by the Tenderer. In the event that the Tenderer has comments regarding these amounts, it must state and substantiate them in a separate note.

When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work.
