Summary bill of quantities. The procurement document, in a public works contract, which splits up the performance in different items and specifies the quantity or the method to determine the price for each of them;
Summary bill of quantities. The tender shall comprise the summary bill of quantities, properly examined, signed and supplemented with the unit prices by the Tenderer, the overall totals, subamounts per entry or item and the total amount, on the relevant form. The Tenderer shall not be permitted to amend the definition of the amounts stated in the summary bill of quantities (whether presumptive or fixed). The amounts specified by the Principal shall, however, be purely indicative and must be verified by the Tenderer. In the event that the Tenderer has comments regarding these amounts, it must state and substantiate them in a separate note.
