Responses to all substantive and relevant questions will be compiled in writing and posted at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/mlti/rfp no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the proposal due date. It is the responsibility of the bidder to monitor the web site for responses to written questions. Only those answers issued in writing by the RFP Coordinator will be considered binding. The Department reserves the right to answer or not answer any question received.
