Common use of Summary Of The Work Clause in Contracts

Summary Of The Work. 1.1.1 The Work to be accomplished in accordance with these Contract Documents consists of furnishing superintendence, skilled and unskilled labor, material, equipment and all other items necessary for the project as described in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall perform all work required for such construction in accordance with these Contract Documents and subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract, complete and ready to use.
