Common use of Summary Reports Clause in Contracts

Summary Reports. Upon Hanmi’s sixty (60) day prior written request, made within thirty (30) days after the end of the first Calendar Year following the Effective Date and each year thereafter during the Agreement Term, if timely requested, Kinex shall provide Hanmi with a written summary of Development and Commercialization undertaken in the Territory during the then current Calendar Year consistent with written reports issued by Kinex in the ordinary course of its business.
