Summer School Extended Duty Contracts. 1. a. The hourly wage for summer school teachers will be $31.64. The hourly wage will remain $31.64 until such time as placement on the salary schedule for teachers would exceed that hourly wage. The hourly wage on the salary schedule for teachers is determined by dividing the contract salary by the number of contract hours. Once the $31.64 hourly wage is exceeded by the contract hourly wage, summer school will be paid according to the hourly wage generated by placement on the salary schedule for said teacher(s).
