Common use of Summer Session Compensation Clause in Contracts

Summer Session Compensation. a. A full-time faculty member who teaches during the summer sessions shall be compensated for each credit hour taught at the rate of l/36th of the faculty member’s contract salary for the preceding academic year. b. A continuing adjunct faculty member who teaches during the summer sessions shall be compensated for each credit hour taught at the adjunct rate which the faculty member received during the immediately preceding academic year.
