Common use of Sums due under Article 1 Clause in Contracts

Sums due under Article 1. Sums due under Articles 1.05 and 1.06 shall be payable in the currency of the Tranche concerned. They shall be payable within 15 (fifteen) days of the relevant Borrower's receipt of the Bank's demand or within any longer period specified in the Bank's demand.
