Sums received by Obligors. If any of the Obligors receives any sum which, pursuant to any of the Finance Documents, should have been paid to the Security Agent, that sum shall be held by that Obligor on trust for the Finance Parties and shall promptly be paid to the Security Agent for application in accordance with this Clause.
